Cancelling SODAPDF Subscription
BeantwortetI puchased SODAPDF nearly 12 months ago. SODAPDF deemed that it was necessary for a support person to install the software on my PC then proceeded to make alterations to my PC which I quickly put a stop to.
I have been unable to contact support subsequently because I cannot log in to the support services. I am told that my email/password is invalid despite that fact that I can log into the account in MY ACCOUNT and I receive messages from SODAPDF.
I can change my password and receive messages confirming that the password has been changed.
SODAPDF is configured for automatic renewal. I do not want my subscription renewed.

First of all, we would like to clarify, that it is not mandatory to grant remote access to your PC for installation and activation. This is just one of the options we provide. You can certainly install and activate the software on your own. In your purchase confirmation email, you will find a link to set a password for your account and an installation link. Once Soda PDF software is installed, simply sign in with your email address and the password you created to activate your purchased license.
We will create a new support ticket to address your billing and technical inquiries.
