How to force uninstall Soda PDF

Please provide a force uninstall option for uninstalling Soda PDF

Trying to uninstall Soda PDF

1.  tried to 'resolve issues'

           - it says it needs to automatically close applications... keeps going round in circles for close to 60 seconds and then comes back to message that it needs to automatically close applications!

 

2.  trying to uninstall Soda PDF

          - same thing... it says it needs to automatically close some applications!

            All applications are closed!

            Keeps going round in circles and comes back advising it needs to close some applications and offering either 'back' or 'next'
