This article will describe the process of adding the font pack after Soda PDF is already installed on your computer. The font pack will always be accessible from Soda PDF Online.
For most Windows users, you can easily install the font pack via the Start Menu. Windows 8 users will need to access the Soda PDF Installation Wizard through the Control Panel.
Start Menu Access
Open the Start Menu and choose All Apps (All Programs).
Locate the Soda PDF folder and expand it. Choose Uninstall or Modify Soda PDF.
You may see a notification confirming that you want to make changes to your system. This will appear based on your Windows Settings; you should proceed with Ok.
The Soda PDF Desktop Installation Manager will now open. Choose Modify.
Expand Soda PDF Desktop Modules.
Scroll down and check the box next to Asian and Extended Font Package.
Click on Next to continue.
The process of adding the additional fonts will now start, unless there is a conflict because of an open application. If this is the case, then you will see the window below. Each program that needs to be closed will be listed.
You can opt to close these applications automatically or manually. Choose the option, which best applies, then click on Next.
Soda PDF will install the font pack. You will see this window as it completes the task.
Click on Finish to finalize the process.
Control Panel Access
With any version of Windows, you can always modify a program from within the control panel. Go to the Uninstall a Program section. Double click on Soda PDF from the list.
