Any upgrades or add-ons you purchase will be associated with your account. You will need to assign these to your product. This article will cover the process for both upgrades and add-ons.
Upgrading to a Better Plan
When you next open Soda PDF, it will detect that you have upgraded your product. You will see the popup below prompting you to switch over to your new product.
- Click on SWITCH PRODUCT
- Pick your new product and choose SWITCH.
- A confirmation window will appear, click OK.
You are now ready to use your upgrade
In the event you do not see your product listed, or you did not get the notification, there may be a delay in the application registering your purchase.
To get around this you can refresh Soda PDF, and this will correct any delay in synchronization.
- Click on your name in the top right corner.
- Click the refresh icon.
Assigning an Add-On to Your Product to Soda PDF
Soda PDF will automatically assign your add-on to the email address that was used when purchasing. You will see the product available in your list of products. You can verify this with the steps below:
- Click your name in the top right corner.
- Choose My Products.
You will see your add-on listed with your products. In this example Soda PDF E-Sign is added next to the Soda PDF Premium account.
