    Thank you for flagging your issue with the launch of Soda PDF! I can fix the issue, but I would need a few more details. Do you have any error messages?

    Have you tried to reinstall the program?  If not, please try the steps below:

    1) Go to the "Start" menu (Windows logo in the bottom left-hand corner).

    2) Type “Control Panel” and open it. You need to go to Programs and Features therein.

    3) Find and select Soda PDF on the program list.

    4) In the side menu that opens, click on "Uninstall".

    5) Follow the prompts to finish the uninstallation process.


    Then download Soda PDF 11 at the link below:


    After the program is installer, please proceed with the Activation of your license following the steps from the article below:
