Upgrade Cost from V. 11 to v. 12 Premium Perpetual License

Hello Friends,

I'm not sure if the upgrade from v.11 to v.12 is free or if there is a charge for it.  I'm also unsure how to do the upgrade itself.  I can't find anything in the program itself for this.  Any help?

  Hi Michael! 

  The upgrade option depends on the type of license you have: if you have a perpetual license, it does not include free upgrades so a new version needs to be purchased. In case you have a yearly subscription, it includes free upgrades, you need only to install version 12 and log into your account therein.
