Annotations made with the Comment Tab are not embedded into the document like other PDF elements. Instead, they are a layer above the document. You can choose to print the annotations, the document content, or both.
Soda PDF Desktop
- Click on the printer icon in the top left corner.
- Click on the dropdown menu Print Options.
- Choose Print Document and Annotations.
- Click on Print to print your file.
We have two additional modules. The OCR module allows you to recognize and edit text within any scanned document or image. We also have the E-Sign module that allows you to electronically sign PDFs and track and manage e-signatures in real-time. If those modules are not available for you, you can purchase them here.
