How to Create a Soda PDF Account



Sign up with Email

Step 1 - Enter email



  • Enter the email address.
  • Click Continue.


Step 2 - Fill out the fields

  • Fill out the remaining fields.
  • Click Create account.


Step 3 - Validate your account

You’ll be brought to the My Products page. You will receive an email to validate your account.




Your email address is now validated. You can proceed to sign in to Soda PDF Desktop or Online and start using the app.

Sign up with a third-party connection

Step 1 - Choose the third-party account you want to use



  • Click on Sign up with (Google / Microsoft / Google / Apple).




  • Enter the credentials.

If you are already logged into Facebook, you’ll still need to provide your password.

  • Click Enter.



  • Click Continue as (your name).


Your account will now be created and you will be brought to the My Products page.



  • Choose the Google account you want to use.



  • Enter your password only if you were not logged into your Google account.

Your account will then be created and you’ll be brought to the My Products page.



  • Enter the email address only if you were not logged into your Microsoft account.

Please note this does not include Office 365 accounts. 

The domain should include Hotmail, Outlook, Gmail, or Live. Click here for more information.

  • Click Next.



  • Enter your password.
  • Click Sign In.

You’ll now need to grant Soda PDF permission to access your account. If you were previously logged in, you’ll be brought straight to this window.

  • Click Yes.


Your account will now be created and you will be brought to the My Products page.

Regardless of the third-party connection you used to sign up, you’ll receive an email confirming it is ready for use.


Step 2 - Review your connections

  • Click on your account logo in the top right corner.
  • Choose Account settings.


  • Go to Connected Accounts.
