To activate your Soda PDF license, log in to your Soda PDF account using the desktop application or the online version. Activating your license ensures access to all features and tools included in your subscription.
Your product is attached to your Soda PDF account. An account is created upon purchase and linked to the email address you used on the checkout page. You should have received an email to create a password post-purchase.
Soda PDF Desktop Activation
- Open your Soda PDF Desktop application and click the Account icon in the top right corner.
- Choose Sign In.
The activation window will open in your internet browser.
- Enter your email address and password then click SIGN IN.
- Click Proceed to Soda PDF button to open the software window.
- Soda PDF is now activated. You’ll see this confirmation at the bottom of your Soda PDF window.
Firewall is blocking the activation
If your firewall (or other) is blocking the activation of Soda PDF, you'll need to create an exception.

IP: 174.142.220.165
Allow this IP to pass through Port 80 and Port 443 and you will be able to activate the application.
Soda PDF Online Activation
You can access Soda PDF Online here - https://tools.sodapdf.com/
- Click the Account icon in the top right corner.
The activation window will open in a new browser tab.
- Enter your email address and password then click SIGN IN.
- Soda PDF Online is now activated. You will now see your initials in the top right corner.
