How to create an Email button for my form

 Step 1 - Open the Forms Tab and select Email

  • Click on the Forms Tab.
  • Select Button.
  • Click on Email.

Step 2 - Enter Email to Send a Form

A window will open where you can enter the information necessary to automate the emailing process.

  • Enter the To and click to add CC and BCC fields. 
  • Enter the Subject and Message for the template.
  • When you are ready click the OK button.

Step 3 - Add the Email Button to your PDF

You will see the outline for the Email Button appearing on your document. You can position it wherever you would like.

  • As you move the mouse cursor over the document you will see the outline of the field before it is placed.
  • The submit button will appear once you click the left mouse button in the appropriate place.

Step 4 - Changing the size or location of the Email Button

You can change the Email Button's size or location in the Edit Mode

  • Switch into Edit mode.

Changing the button's size

  • Hold down the left mouse button while your cursor is over the border.
  • Drag your cursor.
  • Release the mouse button and the changes will be made.

Moving the button

  • Hold down the left mouse button while your cursor is over the button.
  • Move the outline of the email button to a new place in your document.
  • Release the mouse button and the changes will be made.

Step 5 - Modification of the properties of the Email Button 

  • Switch to Edit Mode.
  • Right-click on the Email Button.
  • Choose Properties.

Step 6 - Configuring the appearance of the Email Button

You can modify the look and feel options in the Appearance Tab.

  • Click on the Appearance Tab.
  • Choose any option you want.

Step 7 - Test the Email Button

  • Switch to View mode.
  • Click on the button.

Step 8 - Delete a button

  • Switch to Edit mode.
  • Right-click on the button.
  • Select Remove.
